At Satkar Foundation, we aim to provide smooth and hassle-free services for all our users, including Mock Tests, Computer Courses, and Construction Consultancy Services.

Cancellation: Once a registration or payment is completed, cancellations are generally not allowed. However, you may request cancellation within 24 hours of enrollment for any reason, and we will review your request.

Refunds: Fees paid are non-refundable once the service or course access has been activated. Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional cases:

• Duplicate payment by mistake
• Technical errors during transaction
• Services not delivered due to Satkar Foundation’s fault

All refund requests must be submitted via email to satkarfoundation25@gmail.com with payment details. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
